We offer flat rate shipping to UK / Worldwide destinations. This means that no matter how many items you order, you’ll always pay the same low price for postage!
We aim to ship in-stock items within 1 working day of your order being received. Often we’ll ship the same day if this is possible, but our mail collection is at 3pm so the earlier you get your order in, the more likely we’ll be able to get it sent out the same day.
Items that are not currently in stock may take up to 14 days to arrive depending on availability at our suppliers. We’ll exhaust all options to get you the item you want if our usual suppliers can’t get it to us in a timely fashion, but we’ll let you know if we’re having trouble getting hold of something. Orders will only ship when all items you’ve ordered are in stock.
For 3D printed items, these are usually produced on a made-to-order basis, with a limited selection kept in stock. Orders of 3D printed goods may take several days or even weeks to arrive depending on the current processing times; as soon as the printers have a few hours free I’ll get your order printed and on its way.
All shipping is handled through Royal Mail, and items are sent by tracked services. We are not responsible for any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses or delivery information.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs charges depending on the value of the order, these are out of our control.
Please note that Games Workshop items cannot be shipped to countries outside of Europe.
